If The Bear's Club is your secondary residence, we can secure and close your home for the tropical season. We will notify all the utility companies of your departure, cancel your newspaper and magazine subscriptions. We will install your hurricane shutters, clean and store all outside equipment. We will dispose of all perishable foods, and completely clean the interior of your home. We will inspect the interior and exterior of your home weekly, or as often as you desire.
